What payment methods are offered?

What are art charges?
If you provide vector artwork there will be no art charges.  If you cannot supply vector art, simply provide us with what you have or what you would like and we'll convert your artwork or create it for you. It's That Easy!  (An additional charge may apply).

What are set up charges?
Set up charges are the costs to make the screen, die or embroidery tape that will be used to put your artwork on your promotional products.  These charges vary by factory and are listed with the item description or will be quoted.

What are the charges for extra colors?
Each color requires a screen and a print run.  Most product prices include the cost of the first print run.  Each additional color will require an additional screen charge and an additional running charge.  These charges are listed or will be quoted.

How do you handle shipping and handling?
We will provide FREE ground shipping on most orders shipped to one location within the contiguous United States or a freight charge if applicable.  FREE ground shipping varies by product, quantity and location.  Standard shipping is UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, Truckline, Best Way or your Preferred Method.  Expedited shipping is available also.  Most orders are shipped from their point of manufacture.
 
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only on orders shipped to the State of Florida.  However, if you are tax-exempt, we will not charge tax when we receive a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

How long does it take to get an order?
Customized orders are ready to ship 10 - 12 working days (Normal Production Time) after proof approval.  Blank orders ship within 1 - 2 working days.  Rush orders (24 - 48 hr. production time) is available also.  Rush orders vary by product.
