What are art charges?

If you provide vector artwork there will be no art charges. If you cannot supply vector art, simply provide us with what you have or what you would like and we'll convert your artwork or create it for you. It's That Easy! (An additional charge may apply).

What are set up charges?

Set up charges are the costs to make the screen, die or embroidery tape that will be used to put your artwork on your promotional products. These charges vary by factory and are listed with the item description or will be quoted.

What are the charges for extra colors?

Each color requires a screen and a print run. Most product prices include the cost of the first print run. Each additional color will require an additional screen charge and an additional running charge. These charges are listed or will be quoted.

How do you handle shipping and handling?

Actual shipping cost is reflected on "Fast Quote" and "Buy Now" products. FREE shipping orders must ship ground to one location within United States (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Protectorates) to street addresses via UPS Ground, USPS Ground, FedEx Ground or your preferred method. Most orders are shipped from their point of manufacture.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only on orders shipped to the State of Florida. However, if you are tax-exempt, we will not charge tax when we receive a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

How long does it take to get an order?

Customized orders are ready to ship 7 - 10 working days (Normal Production Time) after proof approval. Blank orders ship within 1 - 2 working days. Rush orders (24 - 48 hr. production time) is available also. Rush orders vary by product.

Orders

No payment information is required when requesting "Fast Quote" for products. Orders are acknowledged via email within 48 hrs. reflecting any discounts, decorations and total pricing for approval and payment.

Cancellations
Custom imprinted orders require approval before production. Please review the invoice carefully before payment. You cannot cancel an order once payment has been made and production has started for custom imprinted products. Customer is liable to pay the agreed upon invoiced amount.

Production
Custom imprinted orders are ready to ship the next working day after normal production time shown in each product description.

Shipping

Actual shipping cost for orders is reflected on "Fast Quote" and "Buy Now" products. FREE shipping orders must ship ground to one location within United States (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Protectorates) to street addresses via UPS Ground, USPS Ground, FedEx Ground or your preferred method.

Returns
Custom imprinted orders require proof approval before production and samples can be provided. We do not accept returns on company custom imprinted products unless a mistake was made on our behalf or a manufacturer's defect. There is a 20% restocking fee on goods returned that are not in original or sellable condition. Please contact us before returning any item(s). For any goods damaged in shipping, you must file a claim immediately with the shipment carrier. Please refer to size chart to ensure proper ordering of apparel.

Manufacturers and Suppliers

The products we provide are from selected reputable manufacturers and suppliers who manufacture and/or print on the actual products. We employ these companies to perform order fulfillment. During these times we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your order fulfillment information. Awareness by The Gift Gallery will cease to do business with any manufacturer and supplier who have violated the use of any customer's order fulfillment information.
